Delivery fees typically start around $2.99, and vary per location and distance from the restaurant to your address. Drivers earn 100% of the tip you give plus a minimum of 75% of the delivery fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered in 45 to 60 minutes depending on current order volume and distance from the restaurant to your address. Quote times are an estimate, not a guarantee. If there are issues with the quoted delivery time, we will notify you via text or phone call. We do not place orders to be made until we know we have a driver available to pick up the order in the amount of time that it takes to prep, which is typically 20 to 30 min.
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes! Pick your items from your first restauant and add to the cart. Then search for your second restaurant and add items from their to your cart. You will see both restaurants listed with the items from each. Due to the driver having to stop at multiple restaurants, you will incur two delivery fees on the order.
My order was missing items or came incomplete, what do I do?
Please contact one of our dispatchers directly at: https://www.warriorxpress.com/contact_us, or call 830-500-3575. Please contact us directly and not the restaurant as we are the ones that will fix any mistakes made and will redeliver or credit you for the inconvenience.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
To cancel an order, please contact one of our dispatchers directly at: https://www.warriorxpress.com/contact_us, or call 830-500-3575. As long as the food hasn't been made, we will issue a full refund. If the food has already been made, we will not issue a refund.
*Please note that if your driver is unable to contact you once arriving at your delivery address via the phone number you’ve provided, then the driver will wait 15 minutes before leaving your items in a safe place at the location. Please ensure that you have your phone number entered correctly, and that you are available to receive your delivery during the time quoted on your confirmation!*
Why do I see an authorization charge on my credit card?
When you request a delivery, your card is immediately authorized for your order total plus 25%, max $15 to cover any special instructions you may have included with your order. Once your delivery is complete, we replace the authorization with the final charge from the merchant (Warrior Xpress). This change is typically reflected within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery, though some cards may take 3-7 business days to process the change.
My order was cancelled and I still see a charge on my debit or credit card?
Orders that are cancelled are immediately voided from our system, and the funds are sent back to the banking institution at midnight PST. Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to full refund back into your account. This is strictly dependent on your bank policy, and unfortunately Warrior Xpress cannot expedite the process.
